How I Designed This

I grabbed the Flying Glyph from the Gloomhaven Creator Pack, using Inkscape to extract the PDF to SVG.

I then imported that into OpenSCAD, did a linear extrude, added bottom and top flat cylinders, and did some cutting around the top edges.
That is the solid Flight Standee for FDM.

Meshmixers Hollow function with 1mm perimeter, and to drill the hole in the bottom. I boolean subtracted a small cylinder to create the second opening in the V shape.
That is the hollow Flight Standee for SLA.
