Holder and clamp for PCB etching in a rocker tank - Halter zum Ätzen von Leiterkarten auf einer Wippe

This is a littel utensil to make PCB etching in a rocker tank a bit more convenient - especially for double sided PCBs.

The tool consists of 4 parts - a clamp and 3 adjustable stand-offs. Place two stand-offs on the shorter arm of the clamp and adjust to the width of the PCB. Put the third stand to the longer arm of the clamp and marginally bring to the length of the PCB. Place the PCB in between the chamferings of the stand-offs and adjust the third one to make the PCB sit firmly.

Put to your etching tank and conveniently monitor the etching process.

The pictures also show the min/ max movement of the stands: the design allows for PCBs up to 100mm in width and a minimum of about 10mm x 40mm.
