Curved Monitor Mount for Flat Bar

Mount plate for mounting a flat bar to a curved monitor. Currently configured for mounting a Tobii Eye Tracker 4c to a Dell U3417W (1.9m radius). I've guessed at the mount point's locations for the bar and will update it when I get good measurements. Adjusting the location and size of the mount points can be done in customizer. Changing the bar dimensions as well but large changes may require tinkering with the code. Modifying the radius or size of the curve will require source modification.
