Spray Paint Male-to-Male Adapter
I couldn't find any female nozzles / caps to replaced the clogged nozzles on my male spray paint cans. I ordered some nozzles / caps from online and they all came as male which were of no help! Instead of purchasing an overpriced adapter or just buying more spray paint, I designed something!
This is in no way a perfect solution but it works for me. They were designed to fit the specific nozzles / caps and spray cans I use (shown in picture) and I have not tested them with other nozzles / caps or male style spray cans.
I added wings to the design so it is easier to use and to remove when done. There is a "B" on one of the wings to indicate which side is the bottom and should be placed on the spray can. This is a necessity because the nozzle / cap neck size is smaller than the spray can neck size, so it can not be used in reverse.
It is expected to be a tight fit to ensure no leakage and pressure goes out the nozzle. If it is loose on your spray can or nozzle / cap then it won't likely work as designed. I don't recommend trying to spray it anyway unless you like paint leaking everywhere.
