ZB2L3 and TP4056 Charger Tester

All-in-one Charger (TP4056) and tester (ZB2L3) for 18650 cells and other Li-ion / Li-Po batteries. ZB2L3 should be able to test 12v lead-acid batteries (6 cells) too, according to documentation.
