140mm fan spacer

Needed a 140mm fan spacer to space a fan in my PC a bit from the door to avoid noises. Made this in Sketchup, with a total height of 12mm. Beveled intake to reduce noise.

Attached the SketchUp file if you want to change it. This can perhaps be easiliy modified to work with 120mm fans too, maybe you just need to scale the model in slicing program.

Printed with 20% infill, 55mm/s, 0.8 top shell and 0.15 resolution. Print with support.

The .stl file is repaired with Netfabb to minimize slicing errors. It worked great with Cura 14.03 and printed with no errors.
