Summary

I needed a motor mount to change over to a 3 axis setup
on my camera setup, so here's a version that works ok for what I needed

Instructions

the file is made for 3mm thickness, most antivibe balls have a 2mm mounting flange
the trick is to slice it solid but stop printing on the desired thickness you require
my test print shown was done fast and not solid I stopped at 7 out of 10 layers and required minor cleanup
I also have the retract plate and 16mm tube adapter files if anyone's looking (will take standard HK retracts)
