Probe Head Adapter

I used Shapr3d to create this model.

We created this tool as an add on to any probe that is primarily used to read meters via an optical port. The "triangle" is specific to a lexan meter cover that is on the majority of our meters.

Our probes have a magnet built into them and are of no use if we do not have a metal plate on the meter cover to attach. This snaps on to the probe and will then easily snap on to our lexan cover.

We found that some probes by 3rd party manufacturers needed a shorter adapter for consistent operation. Design was shortened and a divider was placed in the middle to allow better optical communication.

We added a pronounced edge to facilitate removing the adapter from the lexan cover with ease.
