Summary

Small caving lamp with one LED - it's the first design - I will make update in the future.
All the parts are in ABS except the green (PLA) but everything can be print in both materials.
Layer height 0.25mm but will work with different value

Instructions

Driver : acm7135 (search image on google to find supplier) it's an 1 w - 350mA linear driver.
Recommended use in 1W mode (350 mA) as the body is in plastic - it has very few thermal dissipation.
Switch : search for KW12 or similar. Generally used as end-stop.
Led : Cree XP
Optic : LXP (height max = 14.6mm) to fit in the lamp
Small o-ring to tight the actuator +sealing.
Li-Ion 18650 battery x 2
Small JST connector used in RC
O-ring for Lamp : 38mm x 1.5mm
Battery cover o-ring : 1.5mm x 20mm
Round piece of plexiglass (or other transparent stuff) 44mm x 3mm
Small oring on the cable glands. Pressed this o-ring to avoid the cable to slip and seals.
Some M3 nuts + screws and small plastic screw (2.5mm) to mount the cable glands.
2 x M4 nuts + screws to hold the lamp bracket (tried without it and it works)
The support is used to mount the led + optic + regulator + switch - wire everything and finally insert into the lamp. When inserted in the lamp you can insert the end of the cable and solder.
To maintain the box cover I used an elastic cord 4mm. Same to fix the lamp and battery box on the helmet. You can alos use tire wraps to mount on the helmet.
