Gravitrax Compatible Wiggle Rail

This is a curving rail compatible with the Gravitrax brand marble run. This is designed to be easy and reliable to print with minimal post processing. There is a single layer of "support" built into the model to ensure that the outer pieces of the rail don't pop off the print bed before the bridge is printed that connects them to the rest of the rail. There is an additional small chamfer on the bottom of the print that effectively eliminates "elephant's foot" on the bottom of the print.

This prints very reliably on a Prusa MK3S with no support, and the only post processing is to quickly cut off the 1st layer supports mentioned above with a razor blade.
