Summary

It's an very light weight HeadBand from which to hang a clear plastic sheet to keep all boogers where they belong. A batch of two prints in about 11min.

Need a clear plastic sheet? How about that empty filament bag!

Cut the edges off of a filament bag and you'll have two reasonably clear sheets of plastic to hang from your new Face Shield Headbands.

Assembly Instructions

            <div><p>Hold a plastic sheet centered against a Headband.   </p><p>Using an Xacto knife, cut a vertical slit in the sheet where the front two tabs on the Headband meet the sheet. Wriggle the tabs through the slits.   </p><p>With the plastic sheet halfway installed now, wrap it tight around the Headband and cut additional slits for the other tabs.   </p><p>Now you've got a floppy Face Shield! How about making that a lil' more stable... got any TPU?<br>Thread a piece of 1.75mm TPU filament (or another flexible filament) through the holes on the back of the Headband.<br>Tie knots in the TPU to prevent its slipping back out; square knots work fine, just pull hard when you tighten the knot such that the filament stretches/deforms slightly.   </p><p>Is that plastic sheet not quite clear enough for ya?<br>Pull the Headband down to rest on your nose, let the arms rest on your ears like eye-glasses.<br>Put on safety goggles.
