Summary

Yes, it is another makerbot window clip. this one is made so the window does not overlap the opening and interfere with the various screws and the display which are close to the openings.

it was based on jags window clip but i created it from scratch.

Instructions

Print however many of them you will need, i used 3 on the sides and 4 on the front.

i used 10% infill 1 shell ABS, (replicator 2 profile in replicatorG) you will have to make it more solid if you use PLA (rep 2 owners)

Then you need 3 bits of lexan, plexiglass etc. 1/8 thick. (i can make other thickness on request, i cant make the file parametric, because i made it in 3ds max)

2 Pieces are 8 3/4" square, and one piece is 8 3/4 x 15"

everything just clips together, you dont need any screws or dissasembly.

If you wanted to completely seal the windows, you could put some of that sticky foam door sealer tape around the perimiter, i havent needed to do that yet, ill see what happens in the summer with AC and ceiling fan.
