Made in Blender with MakeTile and a purloined height/displacement map

How I Designed This

Using MakeTile by ModMod terrain, in Blender I attached an OpenLock basic straight wall tile with custom image (a height map) by the Moon Man of Blender Artists community.

I don't take much credit for this: swiping the height/displacement map was super easy and plugging it into MakeTile took about 2 minutes to sort out, after watching the tutorial video.

If you know any Blender, or even if you don't, this may be a little game-changing for those with 3d printers.
