Raspberry Pi 3 (B/B+) Case w/ 40mm Fan

Added options for a 40mm fan for cooling, including a vent down the side. Best used if heatsink is alligned with the ribs perpendicular to the length of the RPi. Also put a hexagon pattern on the bottom because it looked cooler to me.
