BAH Nemesis - Add-on Parts

Miscellaneous add-on parts for BAH Nemesis:

• Solid Front/Rear Sidewalls - Hide and protect forward components
• Rear Sidewalls - Design allows for air flow and holds bulkhead
• Rear Bulkhead - Easily replaceable and expendable part to mount SMA antenna.
• Antenna Tube pivots (coming soon) - Allows folding protection of whisker antennas found on FrSky D4R-II. See stacking Rx tray.
• Utility Plate - 36x36x1.5mm general plate for insulating PDB from CF frame... or general use.

Print Instructions:

• Use brim to help sidewalls adhere to printbed. Lower fan settings and allow sidewalls to cool after print to reduce warping.
• Extra print tabs designed on Rear Sidewall STL for better adhesion, again use brims. Remove print tabs before installing on Nemesis.

Install instructions:

• Slip the sidewalls over the existing standoffs
• Rear sidewalls have cutouts at bottom for clearance of bobbin screw & hex nut.
• Rear bulkhead slides into the sidewalls. Separately printed and detachable for easy replacement if damaged in a crash.
• Antenna Pivots require an M3 hole in the middle of the first battery strap slot (as the plate narrows). Use a M3 screw and hex nut, optionally a lock washer helps to keep tension on the pivot. if using lock washer, a nylon washer between the pivot and top plate can help movement while holding position.

Usage Instructions:
Antenna Pivots are designed to be installed so that the antenna tubes fold to a stowaway position above the plate. Open fully (butt against top plate) to create a consistent V-shaped horizontal right angle.
