Summary

This is a re-written OpenSCAD version of the E3D mount for Makibox
A big thank you to Andreas for helping to get Customizer working!

Customizer will generate a single STL. In Cura you can right click on the model and split it. For easier printing, rotate the parts so the flat sides are down.

I print at 0.1mm layer height and 40% infill.

Understanding the Parameters

Makibox specs:

Width of rods is 4mm
Gap between rods is 20mm
Adding a 0.2mm tolerance gives
4.2mm for rods
19.8mm spacing between them

Top of neck to top of first fin height = 18.3mm-3.7mm = 14.6mm
With tolerance, 14.4mm total height for the mount
Neck height = 9.3mm-3-7mm = 5.6mm
With tolerance, 5.4mm for mount's neck
E3D mount diameter is 16mm
With tolerance, 16.2mm for mount
E3D Neck diameter is 12mm diameter
With tolerance, 12.2mm for mount
