OpenForge 2.0 Cut-Stone Separate Wall VxE

This adds the missing OpenLOCK VxE floor tile which unfortunately is not (yet) included in @devonjones great https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3711334 collection.

Note: this one is not perfect, since I could not find any good template and therefore had to cut and scale it from some OpenForge 1 deprecated external tile.
