2X Extruder Upgrade for Raffle Alu-Dual Cooling Block (Remix)

This is a small change based on the fantastic work of both rmcniff (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222667) and countspatula (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:256754).
Like countspatula I also recently installed my Carl Raffle Cooling block and hot end upgrade (http://shop.raffle.ch/). As the new cooling block has the hot ends positioned along the center line of the cooling block, a offset of around 3mm is required. The common approach is to add spacers between stepper and cooling block to get this done.
I however noticed that if I do that (use plastic spacers), the stepper motor get's even hotter and I end up having problems with certain filament through to that (the cooling block usually does not get very hot from the hot end alone) and hence I wanted to move the steppers back against the cooling block to help bring their temperature down.
What does the package come with:

• All the files from countspatula's thing which are intended for a cooling block and hot end installation which is flush with the top of the hot end (no nut)
• An additional base (_no cutout.stl) which features a recess for the standard nut that comes with Carls hot ends which will interfere with the original base if installed on top of the hot end (which I did).
