Summary

This is a quill handle knob for a Bridgeport mill. It has 1/2-13 threads. It has a nice snug fit on the handle. I printed it out of polycarbonate carbon fiber. With a 0.08 resolution on an Ender 3 with hard nozzle and heat tent. The tent was 110 degrees F during the print. No raft, no supports. Nozzle temp was 260C and bed was 100C. So the next time the handle falls on the floor and shatters the phenolic knob, print your own!
