Summary

Literally in the name, this scooter took only a week to build and it is road worthy! I haven't seen another 3D printed scooters on Thingiverse so this shall be the first!

Instructions

For the horizontal part of the handle bars use a 18 mm diameter pole cut however long you want. And for the vertical handle bars use a 16 mm diameter pole, cut to the height you need. For the support under the deck use a 2X1 (inches) piece of wood cut after you put the 5 deck parts on. The deck parts go, first the smallest one with the thicker/thinner then thicker walls, the the two small normal decks, the the biggest one, then the one with the wheel holder. drill holes through the top of the decks into the support wood. Then put the diagonal part with the hole in one side on the first smallest part and drill accordingly. Take the credit card like part and put it under the support wood, screw through it into the thick parts of the first (smallest) part. put the vertical smaller pole into the n shaped front wheel holder and use lots of epoxy. Take the 18 mm pole and cut another half a foot, and glue it so its through the diagonal front piece so there's exactly 1 cm coming out the bottom. Put a washer under where the 1 cm of pole comes out, that will help support.put the vertical pole with the n wheel holder through the front tube and attach the handle bar holder (the cube with the 3 holes in it) and glue that on. Then centre the horizontal handle bar pole in the handle bar holder and glue. Take roller blade wheels and put them where it look like they should go! Congrats! Now how safe do you feel riding a scooter designed by a 13 year old?
