Summary

This is a modified rim for SparkBibo's GI Joe VAMP and should also work on the VAMP MKII and Cobra Stinger. I have not tested it on the latter two. I loved the VAMP designed by SparkBibo but when I printed it and found the wheel did not rotate freely around the axle. I modified the rim by creating a small groove so when the rim is placed on the axle it rotates freely and stays on the axle. The rim will snap in place.

This should also be scalable for those who wish to enlarge SparkBibo's VAMP to 1/12 scale.  Time to print one rim is about 1.5 hours per wheel.</p></div>

Post-Printing

Removing the Supports

            <div><p>I used an angle pick to remove the support material from inside the back of the rim and the grove.  It takes some work to clear the groove.  Once done the wheel will fit on the axle designed by SparkBibo and rotate freely</p></div>
