If this prints too tight for you, try printing again with a negative horizontal expansion (Cura) or XY compensation (PrusaSlicer.) I suggest -0.2 mm and working from there.

Here's a minimalist wall mount for Dewalt 20 volt lithium ion batteries. Print without supports. Mount to wall with two 1/2" #8 countersunk screws.
