Using the original file to create an inverted negative into the block.

Rev.1:
-increased the size of the negative by 1% to allow for paint thickness and removed centre ‘barrel’ negative.
-raised star fleet symbol by 1mm
-added chamfer to bottom edge to aid removal from build plate
