Chuck plate for the Ortur Rotary

Had this idea for a while for my Rotary made some modificacitons to @mdkendall

Made it to fit on the stepper motor on the Rotary also added a few fillets on the jaws and Housing to reduce stress on the Housing

Added some holes for M3 threaded inserts to hold everything to the stepper motor shaft.

Havent been able to truly test it ut any feedback is appreciated
