Summary

This is a stable, long-running top.
The center of gravity is perfectly aligned(0.009mm) and technology has been incorporated to reduce aerodynamic drag.

Conventional rods are not properly toleranced.
I provide a modified version.

Perfect Balance

Stability

Notice

The rod can be 0.2-0.4mm (0.6 max) away from the rotor, this is normal.(Picture below)
Only use solid models if rods do not print properly!
Solid rods reduce rotational stability.
Set the density to 100% but the number of walls to 2! More walls increase the difficulty of printing.
4.Do not use any adhesive when assembling. All parts fit perfectly.
