Summary

This ball in a box is originally a 3" x 3" x 3" cube the extruded cutouts measure out to be 2.5" from one side of the cutout to the other side, and the ball placed inside of the box measures 2.53" in diameter so place supports underneath the ball to suspend the ball in the box, support will also need to be added to every side of the cube other then the top of the cube cause the top is open but you will need support underneath the top side in order to make the last side
