Print without raft, the curved bottom part is designed to be detached after printing.

Printed in 0.3mm, but I guess there are better configurations to have a width that is a multiple of your extraction width (sorry, I don't remember what width are the parts).
It was designed with FreeCAD, so it can be customized by modifying the sketches to fit your needs (width of the branches, etc) with constraints.
