Neonate Babycall clamp replacement

Replacementpart for Neonate babycam jaw-clamp. The design are not perfect but will do the job easy. No tools are needed, beside a pick to push the axl out

Reguarding infill. I did a test with only 5% and it was many times stronger than the original. I still recomend 20-30%, and 5-8 solid first layers to combat the preasure from the screw. Washer(Ø>13mm outer Ø>6mm inner) are recomended.

UPDATE:
I have now used this every day taking it on and off 2-3 times a day the last 5 months. It broke once. See reason below.

The only flaws i can see is:

• The hole for the axl are a bit too big and weak if you are careless then it might break. This happend to me once when i used all my strenght to tighten the clamp in a weird angle.
• The slot for the screw could be a tad "shorter". There are some nuisance when tightening on certian dimentions. Minor issue

Updated Conclution:
It is durrable. It is stronger than the original. Print with 30%+ infill at once
