Laser cut conference badges V3

Based on the Pass the SALT 2022 conference logo.

I'm sharing it mostly for its design process in case other people want to create their own conference badges.

The badges were made at Openfab.

Compared to previous physical edition badge (2019), the following changes were made:

• Basic lanyard hooks and round holes, rather than the flat hooks and elongated holes of 2019, as some have broken the previous badge through the effect of leverage.
• Tokens integrated within the badge, as stamps, as tokens attached on the side of the previous edition badge had a tendency to break away easily. Note that the top line is not completely cut so the stamps stay in place but can be broken out easily.
• More diversity. We had customisation for English natives ( Union Jack), for org team (a unicorn), for speakers (a microphone), and for any combination of these types.
