Leapfrog Creatr Z-hardstop glassplate saver

I was pretty concerned about people telling that their endstop fails crashing hardly the extruder into the glass-plate with a very seriously risk of being broken.
So before to experience such a bad situation I worked on an easily piece wich prevents that kind of situation.
