Summary

This is a small mounting bracket for a digital indicator I picked up from harbor freight for like 12 bucks.

Instructions

The mount is meant to replace the left 16 mm spacer on the left fan, and the indicator mounts with a simple 1/4 bolt onto the mount, easy pleasy. Once you Have the indicator and the mounting bracket put together you don't need to ever take them apart again, and its about a 30 sec job to level your build platform to .01 of a mm. The process I use to level it is a little odd, but I start start a small print in one corner and try to get it as close to the layer height wanted visually, then I stop the print and install the indicator and using the corner i just leveled as a reference point level the rest of the corners out to this number. I use 2.30mm for my machine but it will be different slightly for individual machines
