7x7 Propeller

7x7 propeller for 5mm shaft size.

Tested on a 1200kv motor at 3s (12v) with success (see videolink).
Also tested up to 1.1kg thrust.

1. Print with support touching the board
2. Balance
3. Fly!

Additional info:
Naca profiles:
NACA 6510, 6511, 6512, 6515, 6520 and 6530 at 1cm interval.
Stiffness like a good quality propeller if printed with PLA.

Warning:
Varying materials, print quality and more will make your print different from mine. It might break and throw knife sharp blades and harm you or somebody else. Make safe tests and make sure it will hold up for your purpose before you put it on a plane and go flying. I take no responsibility as to how these files/plans are used. Good Luck!
