Summary

This is a recreation of DrJekyll's excellent buttons idea, which provides an alternative clipping method and more rigidity in the design.

Instructions

Print in PLA without supports and the buttons face down on your print bed. You will need to get your bed height spot on if you want crisp symbols.

If you don't wish to use PLA and prefer something like ABS you will need to compensate for shrinkage otherwise it will not clip in tightly, the measurements are quite exact.

I personally printed with a 0.15mm layer height and tested using both a 0.4mm and a 0.25mm nozzle. It should also work with others.

To fit it in your HDMIPi slide it through the hole horizontally so the tab behind the external button hooks under the edge, then once its fully slid in push the power button until it's flush. It should click and stay in place. If you have any issues I have supplied the 123D design file (free package) so you can make any required tweaks.
