Summary

I actually use Cura 4.8.
Phone slot measurements are: 82 mm wide / 14.5 deep / 180 mm tall
The speaker hole is 10 mm from the right side of the slot.
I didn't make any holes to access the side buttons, but it is easy to slip the phone up to access these.
I have a Samsung A-12 in the TPU case from MikeC (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5219687), and it fits very well.
