BI V2.5 Carriage Slider Insert Replacement

This insert replaces the original injection molded insert of the carriages. This redesign of the slider pad makes the carriages more stable and eliminates the need for adjustments.

Overall print quality remains the same as with a well adjusted set of original slider insert, but the new set is easier to work with.

Pro tip: It's also recommended to lubricate the 20/20 aluminum beams to help reduce friction.

Print in PLA with supports and a layer height of 0.2 mm. If during installation you find out there's too much friction then reduce the first layer height %.
