Summary

Ryobi has a strange miter runner track that is not compatible with anything. Should you wish to make a miter sled, it is difficult to find anything to make a runner for it. So, here is a 8" long plastic runner that fits snug and can be made to slide easily and attach to your sled. I used two on my sled and it works good enough for what little I do.

How I Designed This

I took the miter that came with the saw and created a small part to mimic it and printed it to see how it fit the saw table track. Then made modifications to make it fit like it should. It needs to fit close and slide in the track without wobble. BUT, must slide easily. You might need to run the bottom on a block with sand paper to get it to slide loosely...
