Ashoka Tano Rebels Saber 12v Powered Lightsaber

Ahsoka's Main Saber from Rebels

It fits 8 AA batteries for powering a 12v Light strip.

I used PEX pipe for the Blade slots in and a simple toggle switch glues in the bottom.

You need some battery spring terminals for both ends like these

The channels for the Batteries are very tight your print either needs to be very clean on the inside or cleaned it out with a long drill bit otherwise you won't get the batteries in.
