BZE 39

This is the BZE 39 fuse used by pionier soldiers in WWII. The fuse is very similar in appearance to the ANZ 39 fuse, but operates slightly differently.

The fuse would be ignited the same way as the ANZ 39. The user would unscrew the head from the body and then pull sharply to ignite.

Unlike the ANZ 39, the BZE would have a delay, and would primarily be used for stick and egg grenades, but also useful for demolitions. The small cylinder is the delay pellet, and would insert inside the threads.

The head would be painted different colors depending on the delay:
Red - 1 second
Blue - 4.5 (grenade)
Yellow - 7 seconds
