            <div><p>The ball bearings will fit SNUGGLY into the central holes in the top and bottom of the cylinder. </p><p>depending on your allowances, you'll probably want to do a bit of sanding just so that the bullets fit a little more loosely in their respective slots, but it may not be necessary. </p><p>The top and bottom pieces snap together in the center of the mechanism but you'll want to either use CA glue or heat mold the outer shell together so that it spins freely. </p><p>I would also recommend that if you're wanting to paint it, do so before you put it all together. After it's put together, it's impossible to reach the inside of the casing. </p></div>
