Obutto Thrustmaster Warthog to VKB adapter

Seems like Obutto may be out of business. So I made a adapter to fit a VKB to the Obutto Thrustmaster A10 Warthog mount.

Just heat press in some M4x8x6 Threaded Heat Embedment Nuts
