Medieval Torch large battery

Modified the torch to use a cheap flickering led candle electronics.

larger battery compartment, resized the arms and the bottom ring to fit. Included the upper and mid ring files from the original, but those didn't change.

as a note, the torch body doesn't have the inner stop of the original, as I used a dowel and it went farther in than the original would have allowed.

also included are my dome cover (to be printed in transparent filament or resin), bottom cap, and belt holder ring.
