Thicker rimmed Gear Wheel Seconds for 3D printed mechanical Clock with Anchor Escapement

I modified this gear to allow for easier printing, giving it a slightly thicker rim. I was getting a circle of individual, unattached gear teeth even on 0.1mm layer height and automatic extrusion width calculation in Slic3r.
