Babylon 5 Command strips, rank badge and Belt Buckles

Here is the command strips, rank badges and belt buckles for a babylon 5 cosplay.

I trimmed the belt buckles down slightly with a hotknife after printing, might get around to updating the files so they don't need to be done like that.

The rank badges were for Ivanova and Sheridan, but the pieces are there to make most other ones, but the pieces here were specifically to print Ivanova and Sheridan at the same time.

I will update the files later having everything in their own file
