1up arcade joystick switch activator

Many joysticks, including those I've seen in 1up arcade systems have 1mm of excess play before the switches are activated when moving the joystick. This replaces the matching part on the end of post of the joystick. Just need to remove the e-clip on the post, remove the existing switch activator and slip this into place, then replace the e-clip.
