Nicer Size Lightsaber Parts

A collection of a couple pieces that I shortened so that they all fit evenly on the handle.

There is around 120 mm of space on one handle, while the default size for the button controller and grips don't allow for them to all fit at the same time.

I shorted the grips and the button controller so that they are multiples of 8, allowing you to fit the grips, a button controller, and a single ring all on one handle: packed nice and tightly.

Also includes a half-ring that I think creates a cool highlighting effect if used with the control button. If something feels to tight on a handle try printing it again at a 0.5 - 1% bigger scale, it generally helps.
