Summary

I had a nylon gear in my HBM 25 Vario failing on me, and had to do a quick job, so i made a copy of the broken nylon gear in the milling machine, and used a home made one in PLA.

I had only planned to use it as a temporary gear until the new gear arrived, but now it have been in for weeks, holding up supprisingly well ! :P
