Summary

Just another spool holder. This one is specifically reinforced to handle 2 bolt mounting on a single 20 x 20 aluminum extrusion with elevated exterior tabs to prevent the spool from potentially walking off. It can also sit on any flat surface as well.

Instructions

1) Print
2) Drop in 4 608ZZ bearings
3) Run bolts through to retain bearings
4) Mount to frame(washers suggested to increase bolt head area for stability
5) Set spool on top with filament feeding over the top of the pool and down towards the loop on the inner portion of the holder
6) Run filament through guide loop(if its mounted to aluminum extrusion, dont if its sitting on a flat surface)
7) Insert filament into extruder

I printed using SeeMeCNC ABS 1.75 grey filament at 227c nozzle, 115c bed. .3mm layer height and 3 perimeters, 60% infill. You could probably print with as low as 40% infill.
