Quest 2 DAS Adapter (Improved)

The original design was too small and the DAS did not clip onto the side so I shrunk the ball joint a little and also made a blocker that can be clipped on to prevent rotation in case it gets uncomfortable like it did for me, as there is a lot more forehead pressure, this just makes it function like a normal adapter.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use a hairdryer or heater gun to get the adapter hot and flexible then mould it to the side of the strap adapter (May take a few tries), also try and bend in the sides to create a tighter fit.

Rotation Blocker: Slide the hole over the adapter and quest 2 strap part then have the flat bottom surface over the top of the adapter and leave the gap part at the bottom of the DAS.

Printing: I printed the adapter in PLA and my printer managed to bridge the gap perfectly fine but you may need supports, No additional processes needed for the rotation blocker.
