Oil Drain Pan Tray v7

Oil drain pan tray for Lube Techs who may use a similar tray mount. I found the original tray wouldn't hold my long handle ratchet and brake cleaner can very well at the same time so I figured I would solve that issue with this tray. It took me several times to get it where its at now but, I feel like the community could take it further so I would like to share this.
