made the chuck fixed and sturdy 

with 6mm shaft holes to mount hand turned jacobs chuck i will
mount on a shaft for hand turning to drill beads

19hr print for fixed chuck
30% infill 4 walls – print as file comes
center hole on chuck is 84mm high from bend/bench/table
